As a new business Minna wanted to have a website that reflects her colorful personality, but also incorporates the sense of peace and tranquility that are in the core of her services. Together we explored quite a few color palettes and textures to find the exact match with her vision.

The layout of the website combines a main content section for text and images and sidebar for actions and social proofing.

Share Information and Connect with People

As a new business in a specialty niche Minna wanted to have a lot of text and images to explain her services. The Blog section allows her to add easily posts about news and event. The whole website is fully dynamic, and all content can be easily modified and updated without technical knowledge.

The Contact Form makes it easy for visitors to inquire more information about the services or book a session. A contact form message is automatically sent to a specific email address making it easy to manage and identify messages from the website.

Impact of Social Media

When people like or tweet your blog posts that will spread the message about your business and services. That in turn will bring more visitors to your website, out of whom some will be converted into clients. In harmoniaalto.com blog posts can be shared via Twitter, Facebook and email.

Facebook likes are a form of social proofing that will have a great impact over how visitors perceive your business. In this case I added a Facebook social plugin to the sidebar of the website. The plugin will allow visitors to like the website, and it also displays the number of likes and profile images of people who have liked the website.

Email lists are one of the most effective ways to increase your business. By producing content that people find valuable, you can easily build an email mailing list of thousands of interested people. This will become a major tool for you to maintain the interest by potential customers, and maybe use in marketing campaigns.
